Abstract

The utility model aims to provide an insulator detecting robot capable of adapting to various occasions, which is composed of an insulator flexible holding mechanism, a creeping mechanism, a detection device and the like, wherein the creeping mechanism is installed on a guide rod of the holding mechanism, the detection device is installed on a holding motor base, and movements of the holding mechanism and the creeping mechanism are realized through a linear motor and a driving motor respectively. The insulator detecting robot provided by the utility model has the advantages of compact structure, high moving speed, simple control, safety, reliability and the like. Meanwhile, the insulator detecting robot provided by the utility model can be applicable to different insulator string arrangement modes such as a suspension insulator string, a horizontal insulator string, a V-shaped insulator string, and the like, and can be applicable to detection for insulators with different diameters.
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种适应多种场合的绝缘子检测机器人,由绝缘子柔性抱紧机构、爬行机构、检测装置等组成。其中爬行机构安装于抱紧机构的导向杆上,检测装置安装在抱紧电机座上,分别通过直线电机和驱动电机实现抱紧机构和爬行机构的运动。本实用新型具有结构紧凑,移动速度快,控制简单,安全可靠等优点,同时能够适用于悬垂绝缘子串、水平绝缘子串、V型绝缘子串等不同绝缘子串布置方式,以及不同直径的绝缘子检测。
