The utility model discloses a noise-free true bypass switching device. The bypass switching device includes a switching unit that is suitable for transmitting signals; a signal effect unit; an output interconnection unit coupled with the switching unit through a first signal path; an input interconnection unit coupled with the switching unit through a second signal path; a switching state detecting unit coupled with the switching unit; and a signal conditioning unit coupled with the switching unit, the switching state detecting unit and the signal effect unit through a third signal path and a fourth signal path. Bypass switching system settings are configured to be that a group of sequential accidents controlled by the switching state detecting unit through an operative part switch between a first state and a second state. The noise-free true bypass switching device is used for a field of processing audio signals having specific application in music production. The noise-free true bypass switching device is suitable for being used for reducing or weakening useless signals in a process of switching between an effect device and a signal bypass.
