Abstract

The utility model relates to a clock movement. A time-travelling system comprises a winding mechanism providing power for a second hand, a minute hand, and an hour hand, a power transmission gear train matched with the winding mechanism and driving the second hand, the minute hand, and the hour hand to operate, and an escapement fork pendulum mechanism limiting rotational speed of the power transmission gear train. The winding mechanism comprises a crank shaft, a vertical wheel sleeving the crank shaft, a winding wheel meshed with the vertical wheel, a winding steel wheel meshed with the winding wheel, a going barrel provided with a spring, and a going barrel cover. The crank shaft is also sleeved with a hand setting wheel. The power transmission gear train comprises a going barrel gear disposed on the periphery side of the going barrel. The going barrel gear is connected with one end of the spring, and the other end of the spring is connected with a spring shaft. Part or all of the vertical wheel, the winding wheel, the winding steel wheel, the going barrel gear, the going barrel cover, the spring shaft, and the hand setting wheel are made of plastic components or plastic electroplated parts. The clock movement solves problems that manufacturing cost and processing difficulty of the vertical wheel and other components are high.
本实用新型涉及一种钟表机芯,其走时系统包括:为秒针、分针和时针提供动力的上发条机构,上发条机构包含:柄轴、套接在柄轴上的立轮、与立轮相啮合的上发条轮、与上发条轮相啮合的上发条钢轮、设有发条的发条盒以及发条盒盖,柄轴上还套接有拨针轮;与上发条机构相匹配且驱动秒针、分针和时针运转的动力传递轮系,动力传递轮系包含设在发条盒外周侧的发条盒齿轮,发条盒齿轮与发条的一端连接,发条的另一端与发条轴连接;以及限制动力传递轮系转动速度的擒叉摆机构;其中,立轮、上发条轮、上发条钢轮、发条盒齿轮、发条盒盖、发条轴以及拨针轮部分或全部采用塑胶件或塑胶电镀件。本实用新型解决了立轮等部件制造成本高、加工难度大等问题。
