Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of optical fiber grating sensor techniques and inclination measurement, and particularly discloses a temperature self-compensation high-sensitivity wide-range FBG inclination sensor which comprises a box body, a box cover, a pendulum bob, two cantilever beams, two optical fiber gratings and two push rods, wherein the box body and the box cover are connected through screws so as to form a sealed space; the pendulum bob consists of a swinging rod and a mass block; the optical fiber gratings consist of optical fibers and gratings; the pendulum bob is fixed on the upper side wall inside the box body through a fixing rod; one end of each cantilever beam is fixed between a pressing block and a fixing base through fastening screws; the cantilever beams are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the pendulum bob; the other ends of the cantilever beams are adhered to the push rods; the gratings are adhered to the middle of the cantilever beams by using a special adhesive so as to form a sensation component. The temperature self-compensation high-sensitivity wide-range FBG inclination sensor can achieve self-compensation of temperature of the sensor, can achieve measurement on inclined angles of a relatively large range, can adjust the high sensitivity of the sensor and is high in measurement precision, low in consumption and easy to achieve and use.
本实用新型涉及光纤光栅传感器技术及倾斜测量领域,具体公开了一种温度自补偿高灵敏度大量程FBG倾斜传感器,包括盒体、盒盖、一个摆锤、两个悬臂梁、两根光纤光栅和两个推杆,所述盒体与盒盖之间通过螺钉连接形成一个封闭空间,所述摆锤由摆杆和质量块组成,所述光纤光栅由光纤和光栅组成,所述摆锤通过固定杆固定在盒体内的上侧壁,所述悬臂梁的一端通过紧固螺钉固定在压块与固定座之间,所述悬臂梁对称设置在摆锤两侧,所述悬臂梁的另一端与推杆相贴合,所述光栅通过专用胶黏贴在悬臂梁中央形成传感部件。本实用新型可实现传感器的温度自补偿,可实现较大范围的倾角测量,调整传感器的灵敏度高,测量精度高,损耗低,易于实现应用。
