(57)【要約】 【課題】 従来の電解加工用電極と比較して、先端円錐 部の頂角の小さい電解加工用電極を再現性よく、作製す る。 【解決手段】 電解加工用電極の形状を形成する際に、 あらかじめ図1に示すように、加工電極の形状の型を形 成しておき、そこに型材料を充填するという方法を用い ることにより、再現性よく電解加工用電極を作製するこ とが可能となった。このような方法で加工電極を形成し た場合には、型を形成する際に電極先端部の形状の自由 度が高く、また、加工時における電極先端部の機械的強 度も必要とされないため、従来の電解加工用電極と比較 して、先端円錐部の頂角の小さい加工用電極の作製が可 能となる。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproducibly manufacture an electrochemical electrode with a tip end conical portion having a small top angle as compared with a conventional electrochemical electrode. SOLUTION: When forming a shape of the electrochemical electrode, as shown in Fig. 1, a mold having the shape of the machining electrode is formed in advance, and mold material is filled in the mold, thereby reproducibly manufacturing the electrochemical electrode. In case that the machining electrode is formed by the above mentioned way, the shape of an electrode tip end portion has high flexibility when forming the mold, and the mechanical strength of the electrode tip end portion is not required at machining, so that the machining electrode with a tip end conical portion having a small top angle can be manufactured, as compared with a conventional electrochemical electrode.
