Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the accuracy of the position to bend a sheet by hand, and to bend the sheet with excellent appearance by forming a notched corner of acute angle along the folding line on an end of a slit. SOLUTION: When a sheet metal 30 provided with a notched corner 21 of acute angle in an end of a slit 20, the stress as indicated in the explanatory auxiliary line 29 to show the stress density is generated. Because the stress is concentrated on the line to connect the notched corners 21 of acute angle to each other, the folding position is limited on the line to connect the notched corners 21 of acute angle, and the positional accuracy in folding is improved. The hand-bent angle of the notched corners 21 of acute angle is preferably smaller than 90 deg. and larger than 30 deg.. The more acute the angle is, the more the stress is concentrated, but if the angle is too acute, the width of the slit 20 is apparently reduced, and the sheet can not be bent with excellent appearance. The slit 20 can be easily worked using, for example, a laser beam machine.
(57)【要約】 【課題】 板金にスリットを設けて、このスリット部分 で手曲げするものは、手曲げの位置精度が高くない。又 手曲げする位置にスリット以外の形状の抜き穴などを開 けることが出来ない。 【解決手段】 スリット20の端の形状を、スリット2 0の幅の中央部分に鋭角の切り込みかど21を有するも のとして、板30を手曲げした際、応力が鋭角の切り込 みかど21の鋭角部1カ所に集中しやすくし、曲がる位 置がその点に定まるようにした。
